Request for issuance or renewal of a travel document for Palestinians
Documents required
1- Palestinian refugees Card issued by the Directorate-General for Political Affairs and Refugees and ‘Ikhraj kayd’ not exceeding 5 years with 3 photocopies.
2- UNRWA refugee registration card with 3 photocopies
3- Two recent colour photos (Size 4,3 x 3,5 cm not drawn from another photos) showing full details of the face with a white background.
4- Residence permit with 3 photocopies.
5- 3 photocopies of the first 3 pages of the Travel Document.
6- Embassy fees are €53 for 1 year, €159 for 3 years, and €264 for 5 years.
For minor children under the age of 18 years, both parents must sign the application at the embassy.
Issuance of a travel document for Palestinian refugees “replacing a lost travel document"
Documents required
a. Original report in English of the local police for lost or stolen travel document issued by the Palestinian authorities that includes lost travel document number, if available with 3 photocopies.
b. 3 photocopies of the missing Palestinian travel document, if available.
c. Palestinian refugees Card issued by the Directorate-General for Political Affairs and Refugees and ‘Ikhraj kayd’ not exceeding 5 years with 3 photocopies.
d- UNRWA refugee registration card with 3 photocopies
e- Two recent colour photos (Size 4,3 x 3,5 cm not drawn from another photos) showing full details of the face with a white background.
f- Residence permit with 3 photocopies.
