Required documents
Individual Passport
a. Recent original individual civil status 'Ikhraj kayd fardi' date of issuance does not exceed 5 years legalised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Lebanon or Lebanese ID original (new one computerized) with 3 photocopies.
b. 3 copies of the first two pages of the passport that the applicant intends to replace.
c. Two recent colour photos (Size 4,3 x 3,5 cm not drawn from another photos) showing full details of the face with a white background.
d. Embassy fees are
€53 for a passport for 1 year or less,
€159 for a passport for 3 years,
€264 for a passport for 5 years,
€528 for a passport for 10 years,
e. Original Resident permit with 3 photocopies
f. For minor children under 18 years of age, both parents must sign the application at the embassy.
Replacing a lost passport
a. Original police report in English that includes the passport number, if available, with 3 photocopies.
b. 3 photocopies of the lost passport (if available)
c. An individual civil status “Ikhraj kayd” legalised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Lebanon or the new I.D. card computerized with 3 photocopies.
d. Three recent colour photos (Size 4,3 x 3,5 cm not drawn from another photos) showing full details of the face with a white background.
e. The embassy fee for replacing a lost passport are the same as for issuing a new one.
