The Republic of Cyprus has launched an open international competition for a £43 million archaeological museum in Nicosia. The New Cyprus Museum will replace the country’s current archaeological institution in Nicosia.

Paul Kaloustian, a young and proactive Lebanese architect, stands out at this international architectural competition by winning the third prize.

Competing side to side with 6 European finalists, Paul proved to be an equally proactive architect whose innovative architectural project raises yet again the image of Lebanon as a cultural centre in the international community.
